GPS TrackingThe Booking Tool handles most of the reservation process for you. Simply connect to our secure system, and when customers click the reservation link on your website, they are redirected to the Booking Tool platform. The system automatically applies the prices and fees you’ve configured in the Control Panel. Once the reservation is complete, the customer’s information is securely emailed to you.

Administrators can manage all bookings through our back-end Control Panel. From there, they can view and edit existing reservations, create manual bookings for customers who call in, or duplicate an existing trip. For upcoming trips, reservations can be dispatched to drivers, who can accept or decline assignments. The calendar view makes it easy to check driver availability and spot potential scheduling conflicts. The system also sends automated pickup reminders via text or email. After each ride, feedback emails can be sent automatically, including links to your Google or other social media accounts, helping to enhance your online reputation.
