Our transportation modules include four different modules to cater to varying types of chauffeured businesses:
1. The Airport module is the most popular module that many of our clients use. This module is used to provide bookings to and from the airport. Easily add unlimited airports and cities based on your service requirements.
2. The Hourly module is popular with clients looking for bookings for party buses, stretch limos, and so on. This module can be used to create various packages - weddings, proms, bachelor/ette parties, and the like. Or you can set it up to book vehicles by the hour.
3. The Point-to-Point module allows the ability to do Distance Based Pricing. You would enter an initial fee and a “per mile/km” fee. The price would be dynamically generated based on the distance from pickup to drop-off.
4. The Shuttle module is popular for clients providing shared shuttle / motorcoach rides. The shuttle module pricing can be set to charge per passenger with fixed times and locations. Shuttle module can be configured from Point A to Point B with or without stops from pickup to drop-off. Our system keeps a track of number of passengers booked from all stops to prevent overbooking.

GPS TrackingThe Booking Tool does most of the work for you! All you would do is link over to our secure system. When customers browse your company's website and click the reservation link, they are forwarded to the booking tool system. The system then books a reservation based on the prices and fees you set from the back-end Control Panel. After the reservation is submitted, the customer’s information gets sent to you in a secure email.
The administrator could manage all bookings by logging in to our back-end control panel. From here, the admin can view and/or edit existing reservations. If a customer were to call in, simply book a manual trip or clone an existing trip. For upcoming trips, the admin could dispatch the reservations to a driver, who could accept or reject a trip. From the calendar screen, you can see which drivers are available or have conflicts. The system will also send out automated pickup reminders via text and/or email. Once the ride is complete, the system can send out feedback emails with links to your Google/Yelp account to help build your online reputation!
